Use of the Website

We invite you to use our website in a respectful and lawful manner. This includes refraining from abusive, offensive, or discriminatory language in any interactions or postings related to the site. Misuse of this website may result in restricted access to our services.

Digital Product Delivery

Currently, all products on our site are digital audiobooks. Once purchased, your audiobook will be delivered to the email address provided at checkout. Please ensure your email is correct to receive your purchase promptly, as no physical delivery will occur.

If you have not yet received your email for your purchase, please check your spam/junk folder.

Refunds

If you are dissatisfied with your purchase, you may contact us within 30 days of purchase to articulate your concerns. Send your request to support@storytyme.co.nz and we will strive to address your dissatisfaction.

Following review, we will inform you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, refunds will be processed through the payment platform used for your original purchase in accordance with the payment platform’s terms and conditions and timeframes.

Exchanges

Due to the nature of digital products, exchanges are not offered. Once purchased, the digital audiobook is accessible and cannot be exchanged for another product. However, in specific cases where a refund is not pursued, we may consider offering a replacement digital product. This will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

Product Reviews

We appreciate all feedback and reviews from our customers, as it helps us improve and better serve our audience. Reviews offer valuable insights to other prospective buyers, and we welcome constructive and respectful commentary.

To maintain a positive and informative environment, all reviews are subject to moderation.
